What this policy covers
This policy covers everything Great Ideas Innovation Lab LLP (“Giilab”) publishes on https://www.giilab.in: service and solution pages, project descriptions and any other content about our work. It sets out what we will and will not claim, and why.
Client work
We publish client work only with the client’s permission. Without it, we do not name the client or share details that would identify them. When a client agrees, we describe four things: the problem, what we built, how the result was measured and the technology we used.
Claims and evidence
We state an outcome only if we can back it with evidence. If we cannot, we leave it out rather than estimate it. Where we give a number, it comes from a measure agreed with the client before the work began. General views on what AI can and cannot do are written as opinion, not presented as results.
Logos, testimonials and numbers
We do not show logos, testimonials, numbers or certifications we cannot verify. When we name a technology or a company, it is to describe our work, not to suggest an endorsement or a partnership.
Technical content
Our explanations of how we approach a problem are general. They are not advice for your specific systems, data or legal position. For that, talk to us about your case directly.
Who writes our pages
Pages are written by Pratik Karanje, Founder & Chief AI Architect. Legal pages show the date they were last updated.
